Interested in becoming a Staffing Coordinator at Aarons? As a Staffing Coordinator, you play a vital role in the onboarding of associates. The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for working with recruiters and hiring managers as well as potential associates to ensure the necessary steps of the background screening and onboarding process are completed efficiently.

  • Ensure that all steps of the onboarding process are completed timely
  • Complete background check and drug screening for candidates
  • Support candidates and answer questions they may have about the onboarding process
  • Contact candidates to ensure they are on track to complete their required steps in the onboarding process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to move candidates through the hiring process
  • Resolve hiring manager inquires quickly and professionally
  • Collect necessary paperwork from recruiters and hiring managers to ensure payroll is updated timely
  • Schedule random drug screenings
  • Assist accounts payable with billing issues
  • Update documentation and training materials as required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Good conflict resolution skills
  • General computer knowledge including MS Office
