ABB Power Grids is currently seeking a Regional Vice President for its multiple locations. This is responsible for managing a sales group that meets its volume growth, price quality / margin, cost and customer satisfaction objectives, through excellent external and internal customer relations and an increasing share at the Key Accounts within assigned group. Direct the formulation of specific sales strategies and methodologies for each assigned Account that increases our penetration across the business units represented. Develop an Account Coverage strategy that maximizes our breadth of coverage in the most cost effective manner across all pertinent functions and locations. Foster and direct the implementation of aggressive account actions that align with behavioral objectives and sales strategies within the national sales organization. This position must be in relentless pursuit of determining where our customers perceive value and help our business units align their value proposition with the Customers buying criteria. Ultimately, we must continuously develop sell that value at a price quality point that will allow ABB to meet its profitability goals. The Regional Vice President (RVP) of the Key Accounts, Southeast directs the implementation of aggressive measures to achieve sales of products and services in assigned region. Incumbent ensures sales targets are met or exceeded and that net margin maximizes profits within the region.
