WHO YOU ARE

Services Sales Leader has ultimate responsibility for managing and growing the services business within our strategic accounts and within new prospects. The Services Sales Leader provides services pursuit strategy and leadership. He/she develops senior level client/prospect relationships and is regarded by the client/partner/internal direct sales leader as an expert and trusted advisor. The services Sales Leader leads the solution for the deal including partner involvement and selection.

Major Responsibilities

  • Selling Services around everything Magento.
  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined region.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Accelerate customer adoption.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline.
  • Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
  • Manage contract negotiations.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the development of detailed proposals and profitable statements of work with the support of core team members
  • 50% /- travel, work virtually from home office
  • Core Skills Measures

  • Understand services deal construction fixed price, T&M, staff augmentation, phasing, etc.
  • Manage internal sales and services relationships, expectations, deliverables and satisfaction.
  • Generate profitable revenue for Magento Services
  • Provide leadership and guidance to global services team.
  • Skills Required

  • Pipeline Management.
  • Formalized executive management relationship training or strategic account selling training.
  • Demonstrated skills in managing fiduciary relationships, including pricing, margins, discounting, cost factors, etc.
  • Broad knowledge of program, project and knowledge management processes and tools.
  • In-depth experience in translating account needs into a strategic implementation plan.
  • Demonstrated skills in negotiation and leadership.
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communications, including presentations to senior management.
  • Must possess a comprehensive and detailed knowledge of issues within the Internet economy, which may include third-party solution providers and competitors.
  • Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills, especially in situations involving consensus and team building with strong problem-solving skills related to program and account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work comfortably with senior and peer management.
  • WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelors Degree in business, or equivalent field of study. MBA preferred.
  • 10 years of technology relates sales or business development experience.. 5 years in Commerce.
  • 10 years of experience working for a technology vendor selling software or cloud solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extensive customer network.
