As a Delivery Manager on our Services team, you will play a key part of our Services practice growth, help implement best practices and new methodologies, and help our organization continually define what delivery excellence is within MuleSoft Development. Our Delivery Managers handle all aspects of the post-sale Services engagement, and you will manage a vast portfolio of customers and projects that will vary in size, complexity, industry domain, and use-case in general across their entire lifestyle. On top of driving projects toward completion, you will also play a key part in the renewal and add-on sales process. Work you will do 1)Conduct requirements gathering workshops and lead the solution design process jointly with customers, partners and MuleSoft experts. 2)Contribute subject matter expertise to effort estimation and SOW development. 3)Articulate recommendations through compelling presentations and architectural blueprint documents to a variety of audiences, including client Business management and experienced IT architects. Lead technical teams through complex, multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance. 4) Work with customers to create and influence proper standards for development, governance and operational life cycle. 5)Identify ongoing risks and pain points throughout the project, develop and implement mitigation measures. 6)Capture project lessons and convert them into architectural best practices applicable to the broader install base mentor and coach the internal team through internal training sessions. Provide constructive feedback and requirements towards the product team. 7)Mentor and train the internal team on design and architecture best practices. 8)Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence. 9)Cloud has transformed the way technology enables the business. Delivery Architects assess a projects technical feasibility, as well as implementation risks. They are responsible for designing and implementing a projects technical architecture. They define the structure of a system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation. The scope of the Delivery Architects role is bounded by the business issue at hand. A Delivery Architect needs to have knowledge of all the different aspects of the technical Delivery as well as robust business knowledge. This includes the Software Architect. be realistically delivered by the underlying technology components. Day to Day Responsibilities 1)You are responsible for the end-to-end architecture of a Delivery, including its assembly and integration into the IT architecture principles defined with the client. 2)You define the structure of the system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation. 3)You are responsible for the management and mitigation of technical risks, ensuring that the Delivery services can be realistically delivered by the underlying technology components. Required- 1.At least 10+ years of MiddlewareIntegration experience(any middleware platform). 2.At least 3 full life cycle MuleSoft Project experience(Analysis, Design, Dev, Testing, Deployment). 3.Hands on experience with Mule 4 andor Mule 3.7+ with both on-premises servers and CloudHub. 4.Demonstrated experience implementing Mule ESB architecture, rules, caching, etc. 5.Experienced troubleshooting Mule ESB, including working with debuggers, flow analyzers and configuration tools. 6.SAP and Salesforce Integration experience with best practices using MuleSoft is a BIG PLUS 7.Understanding of MuleSoft DeploymentPhysical architecture(On Prem, on Cloud and Hybrid) is a BIG PLUS 8.MuleSoft Certification is Desirable. 9.Ability to define MuleSoft physical architecture design best practices, create runbooksplaybooks, operations guides etcunderstanding of MuleSoft DeploymentPhysical architecture(On Prem, on Cloud and Hybrid) . 10.Ability to lead a team of onsite and offshore developers. 11.Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF. 12.Knowledge of Open Source architectures andor past contributions to open source projects.Design, development and operations experience with highly-available and fault tolerant systems. 13.Experience designing public and private enterprise secure services using RAML and REST based APIs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong cognitive ability especially with respect to understanding, documenting, and describing complex technical subjects.
