Come join us and #BeCode42Code42 is seeking an experienced Regional Vice President of Mid Market Enterprise Sales to lead our net-new sales team and drive growth through team development and lead through organizational strategy development.
YOU LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Growing and aligning sales resources to achieve targeted growth plansProviding coaching, advice, support, motivation or information to help individuals meet and ideally exceed their defined sales objectivesForecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue streams accuratelyRecruiting and managing sales team to ensure goals are metDeveloping and managing a high-results sales processProviding leadership to commercial and enterprise sales teamPlaying a key role in providing input on the segment s overall growth strategyProviding feedback to the executive team on the regional territories and market opportunitiesEstablishing and maintaining processes that generate strong customer satisfactionEstablishing department measurements to accurately and consistently forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue number for assigned regionInsuring your division and sales teams maintain consistent, accurate sales forecastsAll other duties as assigned
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experienceSaaS/Cloud Software Experience with a strong preference to those with Security Software experience10+ years of related sales experience, 5+ years of management and leadership experienceDemonstrated success leading and managing an enterprise software sales team and exceeding team quotasGood interpersonal skills to align and foster positive working relationships across the organization (internal and external)Ability to develop and critically analyze a sales pipeline and forecastA history of measurable sales achievements sales awards, and quotas exceededAbility to work both independently from home as well as collaboratively within a team environment
