Customer Service Agent required for Dublin North
Our client based in Dublin 15 are a global ticketing company who require a customer service / administrator to join their team for a 1 year contract. This role is based within a very fast paced team and require someone with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers Solve complex issues in a timely manner Troubleshooting lost event tickets, shipping issues, delivery problems, and ticket replacements Meet and achieve targets in place Prepare and present comprehensive reports Manage customer queries through both phone and email Address any payment issues for tickets Update company database Ad hox duties such as admin, training, attending meetings etc
Requirements 1 2 years customer service experience is a must Strong Microsoft Office skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to solve complex issues while working on their own initiative with a can do attitude Strong communication skills Excellent organisation skills
