What You Will Do:
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that is executed and measured across the organization
  • Must be able to attract, recruit, hire and develop a world-class, high performing sales organization
  • Accurately manage, inspect and report in a predictable manner on all aspects of pipeline development and forecasts for the region
  • Generally splits time 50/50 between managing a team and customer interfacing calls
  • Works closely with new as well as established channel partners to generate new business opportunities
  • Develop got to market plan and solution design especially for Fortune 500/Global 2000 accounts
  • Lead negotiations for large complex global deals
  • Work closely with leadership for other functions such as Sales Engineering, Channel, finance, legal, R&D and marketing to ensure efficient alignment to regional activities and to enable optimum sales performance
What You Bring To Forescout:
  • Batchelor's Degree required or equivalent industry experience
  • 10-12+ years of high-level management experience of direct reports in a fast-paced, highly competitive, ever-changing sales environment
  • 5+ years in a 2nd line sales leadership role(Senior Director, Vice President, etc)
  • Highly developed consultative approach, solution selling, and business development skills with an ability to consult with CEO's of global companies
  • Strong knowledge and understanding on how to sell multi-product software & hardware solutions
  • Minimum of 10 years in a quota-carrying sales role with demonstrated achievement
  • Extensive experience negotiating large complex deals with extremely complex terms, conditions, price pressures and considerations
  • Proven track record working with channel and technology partners to build strategic and cooperative sales campaigns together
  • History of coordination within an internal set of multi-functional teams such as Sales Engineers, Inside Reps, Field Marketing, Professional Services, and Channel Management to ensure target quotas as achieved and exceeded
  • Reference-able domain expertise of the East region, accounts, decision-makers, and channel partners
