Overview

 Jackson Healthcare is seeking a Unified Endpoint Engineer to provide support for endpoint management projects for the reliable operation of the production environment. You will have ownership of all monitoring, troubleshooting, and installation of software/tools over multiple operating systems and will plan/coordinate enterprise-wide IT infrastructure projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Test, install, and migrate software, patches, upgrades, applications, and/or hardware.
  • Automation of endpoint management.
  • Device Lifecycle Management.
  • Provide senior level Tier 3 technical infrastructure support services for issues elevated from the Support Center and other Technical Services groups. Ensure reliable operation of production. Diagnose and troubleshoot availability interruptions and other production issues.
  • Develop technical standards. Tests and evaluates IT vendor products.
  • Requirements

    Required Education/Experience

    Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years experience as well as the following:

  • At least 2 years SCCM/Intune experience.
  • Experience designing, deploying, managing, and configuring virtual and physical workstation environments using Windows 10 with Microsoft SCCM.
  • Experience with enterprise desktop deployments and management, including application package development and enterprise system refreshes.
  • Ability to create and manage profiles, manage apps and create compliance rules using an MDM platform (Intune/SCCM).
  • Ability to create, troubleshoot and run Powershell scripts as it pertains to endpoint management.
  • Ability to manage Android and iOS/iPadOS within Intune.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Azure, Office 365 Administration, and client applications.
  • Experience Supporting Data Encryption (BitLocker).
  • Ability to communicate moderately difficult technical matters to internal customers.
  • Experience managing MacOS in the Enterprise.
  • Experience administering an Active Directory environment.
