Kelly is seeking qualified candidates for an Inventory Control Associate! This a temporary 60-90 day assignment with possibility to extend for one of our clients in Atlanta, GA 30310. Job Duties:

  • Daily inventory cycle counts for both Warehouse and DC
  • Weekly package material cycle count
  • MHE (power unit asset) inventory management
  • Locating and counting assets in the plant
  • Coordinate returns, replacement, disposal, and receive of demo unit
  • Communicating with HQ
  • Create, update, and maintain asset listing
  • Quality reject and expired inventory management for both Warehouse & DC
  • Inventoried & tag the reject/expired products
  • Document and ensure reject/expired process are follow through
  • Coordinate return, disposal, and replacement of the reject
  • Daily count and survey of the reject and expired materials in the Warehouse, DC, and Production
  • Yard and Trailer inventory management
  • Coordinate weekly count of the trailer
  • Assist in identifying trailers for return, replacement, or staging to the dock door
  • Yard reporting documentation and tracking
  • End of production back staging inventory management
  • Audit and survey the production floor for any materials not backstage
  • Assist the team in identifying the material and follow through with driver to backstage the product
  • Audit First Effective First Out Inventory violations
  • Daily audit of the FEFO
  • Highlight FEFO violation to the attention of the supervisor
  • Reporting of daily inventory level for Warehouse and DC
  • Damage, Liquidation, Donation Inventory Management
  • Identify and counting of damage, liquidation, and donation inventory
  • Assist in disposition of the inventory
  • Documenting the shipping and disposal of the inventor
  • Inventory documentation
  • Create, update, and maintain inventory files
