JOB DESCRIPTION


Mammoth Holdings is seeking a Site Manager to run one of their many car wash locations in the Atlanta area. The Site Manager would be solely responsible for running all aspects of the car wash including customer service, subscription sales, efficiency of processes, labor and maintenance management and more. The Site Manager will report directly to the District Manager but will have 10-12 direct reports. This position requires managing employees, customers, and mechanical equipment all at once. As more locations are acquired, this person could have the opportunity to help open a new location or even become a district manager. Ultimately, the Site Manager will have incredible growth opportunity within a rapidly growing company.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Manage all Operations and employees at one location
  • Be mindful of Front of House and Back of House operations simultaneously
  • Increase subscription sales by managing the sales team
  • Oversee car wash operations to ensure efficiency
  • Complete administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory, accounting, etc.
  • Work alongside employees during peak periods in the day
  • Interact with customers whether greeting or problem solving
  • Assist in repairs and maintenance when necessary
  • Recruit and hire hourly employees
  • Meet regularly with District Manager and communicate with other Site Managers

  • CORE COMPETENCIES/SKILLS/EDUCATION NEEDED


  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • 2-5+ experience managing and leading others
  • Retail management experience preferred
  • Customer service minded; care for people
  • Possesses some maintenance and repair understanding
  • Business acumen and professionalism
  • Problem solving in a timely manner
  • Ability to hustle and keep eyes on several things at once
  • Capacity for multiple skill sets
  • Flexible to work in all weather conditions
  • Can quickly build rapport/relationships with others
  • Enjoys working on a team and has a positive attitude
