TCG ATL has opened a new role for an Instructional Designer for a position in the Perimeter area. As an Instructional Designer, you will support the design and development of training solutions for all levels and functional areas of the organization. You will be tasked with curriculum development and creating curriculum plans and activities in alignment with organizational goals.
What You’ll Do Each Day:
•Author instructor led eLearning and mobile learning using an array of tools
•Develop and edit graphics and video utilized in all learning development
•Ensure training content is of a high quality and is clear, accurate, consistent, and free of spelling and grammatical errors
•Work with 3rd party vendors to source additional resources or to develop alternative solutions
•Recommend, design and develop creative learning solutions for classroom, eLearning, and blended learning solutions
•Write and edit storyboards, interactive/video scripts, trainer notes and other learning documentation to include participant/leader guides, quizzes, and assessments
•Design self-paced and reference-based learning experiences that improve team performance
•Manage the evaluation and maintenance of existing training tools and programs

Required Experience and Education:
•Minimum of 3+ years of experience in instructional design and instructional technology
•BA/BS degree with emphasis on instructional design or instructional technology or education related discipline
•Proficient with Photoshop, Lectora, HTML, Adobe Premiere, Captivate, Camtasia, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project
•Ability to work with short deadlines and high stress on multiple projects
•Ability to impart technical knowledge to a wide variety of audiences
•Attention to detail and structure to ensure high quality training materials
•Proven understanding of instructional design and learning theory
•Demonstrated ability to work as part of a larger team, balance multiple tasks/objectives and ability to handle frequently changing demands
•High comfort level with technology and ability to quickly learn and utilize new software applications
