We are looking for a fun, creative thinker that possesses broad knowledge and expertise in change management and organizational behavior frameworks, communication strategies, adoption tracking, enablement practices, execution capabilities, and training design. The ideal candidate has a foundation of knowledge surrounding selling enterprise solutions, developing training content for leaders focused on specialized solutions, an appreciation for the Salesforce selling motion, and a proven track record in translating business needs into scalable and impactful enablement.
Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to align with adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
Partner and engage with senior leaders
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress while tracking and reporting any issues
Drive change management at the organizational level
