BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

One of The Select Group's top client's is looking for candidates to join their team as a Business Development Representative. This entry level sales person will assist their sales and marketing team with prospecting leads and identifying new business opportunity. Candidates should have their Bachelors degrees in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or Finance. Ideal candidates will also need strong oral and written communications skills as you will be interacting with senior executives at Fortune 1000 companies. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 0-4 years in a sales role

  • Basic Accounting and Finance knowledge

  • Self-motivated, eagerness to grow

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred- business, marketing, accounting, finance

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This BDR is going to be responsible for sourcing and vetting potential opportunities and leads

  • They will be responsible for reaching out to Managers and VPs of prospective companies to determine if they will be able to utilize our clients product

  • They will be responsible for creating new business opportunities by vetting both inbound and outbound potential clients.

  • They will utilize Linked In and cold calling to complete these objectives.

  • Will be aligned and work closely with the Marketing Team and Regional Sales Managers

  • Will be active on social media and other channels and be active in various industry-specific groups

  • They will work effectively both independently and with a team.
