Our comprehensive in-house services range from concept, digital design and media production through content testing, equipment rental and event execution. From small, intimate exhibits to trade shows spanning entire convention centers, ON Services is well-versed in the dynamics of the show floor. Service is of the utmost importance and so is having great technology to highlight your product and capture the attention of trade show attendees.

The Sales Executive is responsible for helping execute against the sales strategy for ON Services. S/he will work closely with other sales leaders and team members to help drive and achieve sales goals. The Sales Executive will build a pipeline, meet sales targets, and help instill a results-based collaborative culture. S/he will assist with developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential key clients and potential accounts.


? Creates an active pipeline of potential clients.

? Works closely with project managers and account managers to ensure an excellent client experience every time.

? Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to provide holistic solutions-focused ideas.

? Develop and maintain key accounts.

? Establish and utilize sales infrastructure and systems to achieve growth and revenue targets.

? Work closely with bid production and marketing to develop go-to market presentations, demonstrations, and sales strategies.

? Maintains a high level of knowledge of customers, markets, and competitor activity and providing feedback to company leadership.

? Works with sales leadership to develop business models for potential new market partners.

? Perform other related duties as required


? BS/BA degree required

? 3-5 years of business development experience and/or account management in the audio visual event industry.

? Proven experience developing new business and achieving sales targets.

? Intrinsically motivated to meet sales targets and win new business.

? Analytical skills. Must be able to use Excel and other ERP tools. Experience in SalesForce Preferred.

? Forecast and pipeline management.

? Technical knowledge of audio visual equipment, setup, and capabilities.

? Demonstrated relationship management skills

? Consultative communications style ? effective listener

? Demonstrated strategic, solution-based problem solving skills

? Proficiency computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite and audiovisual equipment.

? Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

? Travel as required- up to 60%
