Intrado is looking for an Implementation Project Coordinator to temporarily join our team for approximately three months. The Coordinator will work remotely to begin then report to either our Plano, TX or Louisville, KY office depending upon the city they reside in or near. The Coordinator will support our Education group product line UCaaS sales team and will be responsible for initial client contact; understanding and coordination of entire client profile including any implementation projects for the setup of new applications and services or new client integrations.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Applicant for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications. Education Associates degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Computer Science, Communications, or related field required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Computer Science, Communications, or related field preferred Equivalent work experience may be substituted for educational experience. Experience Minimum 3 years customer service experience in a business to business environment or technical support experience required Minimum 1 year experience working with interfaces between web based software is preferred Other * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint * Depending on client assignment and area of responsibility travel may be required, up to 50% of the work week * Experience with website technology, functionality, (e.g. CSS, ASP) and programming languages (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, JSON) is preferred. * 1 year experience with SQL Query is preferred * 1 years' experience with UNIX command line authoring is preferred * 1 year experience with Android or iOS platforms is preferredIntrado is connecting people and ideas.We are delivering on their potential.We are improving the way we work and live.At Intrado, we are dedicated to delivering and improving upon new channels, new capabilities and new choices for how businesses and consumers collaborate, connect and transact.
